Alcoholic Beverage Control - Beverage Server Training Seminar
Posted May 11, 2021Pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Union City, specifically, Ordinance 58-9(H) and Ordinance 58-14(D)(10), all licensees and managers are required to complete beverage server training. All licensees must provide proof that they have satisfied the educational training requirement annually in order to have their license renewed. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, the training was postponed. Successful completion of this training course is REQUIRED for license 2021-2022 ABC License Renewal.
The City of Union City will conduct an informational seminar on Wednesday, June 2nd, 2021 for beverage server training. Those licensees who complete that training will satisfy the requirement for training under the ordinances required for license renewal.
The Union City Police Department and the Union City ABC Board invite ALL OWNERS, MANAGERS AND PRINCIPAL EMPLOYEES of Liquor License Establishments within Union City to a Free Informational Seminar regarding ABC compliance requirements for training, as well as current up to date restrictions in place due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.
Wednesday, June 2nd, 2021 from 9:00am to 1:00pm
Registration: 8:30am – 8:55am (please bring your U.C. Bar Card)
