The Union City Board of Education - Office of Community Relations, in conjunction with the City of Union City, Mayor Stack and the Board of Commissioners, and the New Jersey Reentry Corporation will be hosting the ‘8th Annual NJRC Immigration Conference - The Children’s Journey: How Immigration Affects Children’ on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 615 8th St., beginning at 6 p.m. This is an important informational conference regarding immigration laws and immigrant rights.

At this seminar, we will be discussing topics on immigration issues where attorneys from various organizations who are experts on immigration laws will be informing residents about their rights; whether they are documented or undocumented. Our community should not live in fear, but need to be informed.
