Mayor Brian P. Stack and the Board of Commissioners will be offering free rabies vaccines to Union City dogs. Vaccines will be administered by Dr. Carlos Triana from Summit Animal Clinic on the following dates and times:

Wednesday, May 4, 2022
At the NJRFR Firehouse 1600 New York Avenue
Starting at 4:00pm - 6:00pm

Wednesday, May 11, 2022
At the NJRFR Firehouse 4300-4302 Kennedy Boulevard
Starting at 4:00pm - 6:00pm

Annual Pet Licenses
All Union City dogs must be licensed by January 31, 2022.
Licenses can only be issued with rabies vaccination certificate.
License fee is $12.00 if spayed/neutered or $15.00 if unaltered.

Checks or Money Order will be accepted.
Checks must be payable to City of Union City

All pets must be on a leash or in a carrier accompanied by an adult who must be able to place the animal on the examining table.
